This is a very strange time for all of us and talking about how we are feeling is really important. Remember to use your Mood Monsters at home to let your grown ups know how you feel.
For one of the days this week I would like you to draw your Mood Monster, along with a picture of what is making you feel that way, in your Busy Books and ask an adult to help you write labels or a sentence about it.
