This week we will be using Commotion in the Ocean again as our focused text. Please read the story regularly over the week to help you with the following activities.
Monday
Act out the story by pretending to be the different sea creature and perform it to the rest of your family. Can they guess who you are?
Tuesday
Complete the Guess Who sheet identifying the sea creatures. Now write your own Guess Who for an adult to complete. Think back to yesterday’s activities to give you some ideas.
Wednesday
Draw a picture of your favourite sea creatures and label them.
Thursday
Ask an adult to help you find out about your favourite sea creatures using a computer, phone or tablet. Plan a fact file with information about that creature. You may want to include where they live, what they eat, how many different species (types) there are, what they look like and how they stay safe from predators.
Friday
In your best handwriting, or using a computer or tablet, write your fact file.
