Please can you send in a copy of the phonics assessment that was given as last weeks phonic tasks as soon as you have managed to complete them.
This week I would like the Reception and the Year 1 children to use the assessment and focus on the phonemes that you are unsure of. Choose one for each day and practice recognising it. You could write in bubble writing and decorate it, write it with chalk or water on your patio. Make a list of as many different things that start with or have that phoneme in them.
Remember to practice using your phoneme flash cards regularly - even during the summer holidays.
