Use the grid method which you looked at last week with Mrs Kerry or use your knowledge of partitioning
Number 1 - I would do 28x10 (you can do this mentally) and then 28x4 (you could use a written method for this)
For number 4 - I would use a grid like the example below (If the adding up of all of these is too tricky then leave this step out)
