Staff leading an intervention monitor the progress of children within a supported session. This information is passed on to the class teacher, who then monitors the progress of children over an agreed timescale (often half a term or one long term) and communicates with the SENCO, headteacher and parents. "My Plan" and "My Plan+" plans are updated with successes and difficulties identified. As a staff we then review progress three times per year and anonymous data is reported to governors.
Feedback to parents takes place via parent evenings and the annual report, with additional meetings schedule in as needed.
